Fantastic opportunity within Administration to join a 1st class organisation, in a prestigious Admin role.
As Team Administrator your duties will include:
o To provide organisational and secretarial support to the Commercial team. This will include: ? Typing of general correspondence ? Producing presentations ? Managing travel arrangements ? Dealing with phone queries and routing these to the appropriate person ? Processing expenses ? Managing post and stationery ? Arranging internal meetings ? Arranging customer visits ? Maintaining team records for holidays and absence ? Using the SAP system process purchase orders and goods receipting ? Maintaining and developing Customer database ? Making store visits for samples and comparative shopping ? Provide secretarial and administrative cover to other areas of the business, to be specified.
Ideally you have 3 years within Administration , covering all the areas above. Excellent communication skills, be able to organize yourself and work well within a team .
Based in Batley, salary £14-18000 per annum with excellent benefits.
